UPDATE: After posting my original review, I received a call from the owner, and I want to give credit where credit is due. She reached out personally, explained what had happened, and went above and beyond to make things right. After hearing her story, I learned that she is a single mom working hard to launch and grow her business. I’ll admit, I didn’t offer much grace this morning because I was frustrated and disappointed that my flowers hadn’t been delivered. But how someone responds when something goes wrong says a lot about a business owner. She took responsibility, made it right, and honestly exceeded my expectations. What she ultimately sent was beautiful, and most importantly, she helped make my friend’s day — which was the whole reason I ordered the flowers in the first place. I truly appreciate the effort she made to turn the situation around, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to hear her story before leaving my original impression as the final word.
